Abstract

This study provides an explanation of how the relationship between church activities and the frequency of congregational attendance, with a focus on diverse and relevant activities can influence congregational participation in church life. In this context, the church plays an important role in the spiritual and social growth of the congregation through various activities, such as regular worship, service, and pastoral visits. However, the challenges faced by the church today, including individual busyness and socio-economic conditions, can reduce the frequency of congregational attendance. This study uses a library observation method to analyze various relevant sources, with the aim of providing insight for church leaders in designing programs that are attractive and in accordance with the needs of the congregation. The results of the study indicate that increasing the frequency of congregational attendance can be achieved through responsive and inclusive service strategies, as well as the application of Christian Hospitality values. Thus, the church is expected to be able to create a friendly environment and support the growth of the congregation's faith, thereby increasing their participation in various church activities.
