This community service activity aimed to strengthen environmental cleanliness awareness and improve public understanding of digital population administration services in Kelurahan Patane III, Porsea Subdistrict, Toba Regency. The activity was designed as a participatory community empowerment program involving lecturers, students, village officials, schools, and local residents. The method combined field observation, coordination with village stakeholders, socialization, community clean-up, planting activities, vegetable garden development, tutoring for children, and educational sessions at school. Evaluation was carried out through direct observation, partner responses, activity documentation, and reflection on program completion. The results show that the program supported cleaner public spaces, encouraged community participation in environmental care, provided a vegetable garden as a local learning medium, produced a village location map, and increased children’s understanding through academic and character education activities. The activity also introduced the importance of using online population administration services to reduce dependency on physical archives and face-to-face procedures. The main constraint was uneven community participation, while the key supporting factor was the openness of village officials and residents. Sustainability requires routine coordination, follow-up mentoring, and integration of digital administration literacy into village service practices.
